The journey to founding Posh Home Care was years in the making. Ariel grew up deeply connected to her grandparents and played an active role in their care as they aged. She witnessed the dedication and effort required to ensure her family received the best care possible, which left a lasting impression on her.
With a background as an account executive and recruiter, Ariel’s career eventually led her to the healthcare industry. This intersection of skills and passion inspired her to follow her true calling—helping others. By leveraging her experience in recruiting top talent, Ariel founded Posh Home Care to provide high-quality, compassionate care to those in need.

Lester Cheung
Our Vice President brings 7 years of recruiting top talent across various industries, including legal professionals, engineers, construction and healthcare. With this experience comes valuable knowledge on how to be a strong and effective leader, ensuring teams have the right skills and are motivated to perform at their best. Lester also has significant expertise in starting a home health care business. He helped launch Zoom for Care, a San Francisco-based home health care company that has been thriving for over five years. Lester will leverage his corporate and professional experience to enhance the function and flow of Posh Home Care.

Physical Therapy Director
Kristian Noguchi-Salazar
Growing up as a sporty and active individual, Kristian was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy. After earning his DPT from Indiana State University, Kristian worked at various clinics in the Los Angeles area before landing a major role in Miami, where he worked with athletes at both the collegiate and professional levels. With his entrepreneurial spirit, he went on to start his own sports rehabilitation center, XPE Sports, in Fort Lauderdale. As if running his own business weren’t enough, Kristian also has a dedicated clientele in Los Angeles, where he focuses on the physical health of elderly patients. Combining his natural ability to connect with people and his commitment to providing quality care, Posh Home Care is fortunate to have him.
